Bugsy was found along with his siblings Dexter, Tatiana and Rio behind a dumpster at a gas station at around 6 weeks of age.  He is extremely outgoing and playful.  He loves to explore with his brother Dexter, and wants to be a part of everything you do.  He purrs all the time and loves other cats/kittens, so a home with another feline would be ideal.   He is fully vetted, and his adoption fee covers his combotest, vaccinations, wormings and neuter.
